Food safety management systems - Requirements for any organization in the food chain
International standard drafted by the International Organization of Normalization in 2005 and its technical amendment 2006.
- The ISO 22000 (2005) specifies the requirements relative to a safety food management system for any organization in the food chain, when an organization needs to show its aptitude to control the dangers related to the safety of the foodstuffs, in order to guarantee that the foodstuff is sure at the time of its consumption.
